I was inspired by something on Pinterest to make my own ball pit, using my old playpen/pack&play and a bag of balls I bought from Walmart’s site-to-store online for 7 bucks. As you can see, she thouht it was the best thing ever! She rolled around in it, like a giant sensory tub. She loved when her daddy came home and piled the balls back on top of her. She also liked throwing all of the balls out of the pen and watching me throw them all back inside of it. This also served as a great place for her to be out of harm’s way when my honey and I had to do a more “dangerous” diy of installing a new vented microwave.

Looove this idea!!!
It’s so easy, fun, and convenient, especially for those times when you need to corral a toddler 😉
That’s my next rainy-day activity!
It’s so fun! Throwing the blocks in and out gets very entertaining too!
