DIY Solar-powered Chandelier

Standard

Here’s the result of an old chandelier found by my sister on the side of the road and some mini solar-powered lights on sale at Target. My honey and I unscrewed the bulbs, cut some wires, and gorilla glued the solar lights (we just had to pull them off the stake for sticking them into the ground) into the place where bulbs used to go. Then, my honey, in all his height, was able to use a rope and our tall ladder, to hang our solar-powered chandelier from a tree over our driveway. So uniquely “elegant” for our front drive, especially at night, since it actually lights up!
