My find on Pinterest inspired a repeat craving…I’ve made it twice in past week! The original recipe came from two peas and their pod; I made minor tweaks based on what I had on-hand and my affinity for trying to cut calories in recipes (I don’t mind artificial sweetener in some things)…
Chocolate-chip cookie dough frozen yogurt:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup Greek yogurt
Mix all together except last 2 ingredients until smooth. Then, blend in chocolate chips and yogurt until creamy; let set in freezer for several hours, until firm consistency.
Enjoy in small amounts-it’s rich and so yummy!
